Today, we are living under the risk of climate change, in a rapidly evolving global situation. On top of that COVID pandemic has changed the technology demands from physical and non-autonomous to more digital and more autonomous! The economic models are transitioning from linear models to circular models. We need to marginalize the usage of conventional fuels (fossil fuel) and their associated conventional technologies, for a greener and sustainable future!
Now, in this changing situation, the Arctic Industry has a much larger role to play. This is particularly due to the albedo effect of the Arctic, which has 1.5 times higher climate impact per ton of emission than the global average. The Arctic industrial infra-structure is already stressed to meet their business needs due to the low and sparsely distributed population of Arctic Region. They therefore have somewhat limited time and resources to get involved in research and innovation applications and projects afterwards!
Arctic Experts AS is therefore established to fill the research and innovation gap of Arctic Industry. We want to facilitate sustainable research and development in the Arctic, by focusing on blue and green innovation. Our focus is on the current and future challenges in the Arctic in relation to climate, environmental, and other changes. We do this by providing the following services:
We are providing winterization consultancy services in the areas related to ice and snow accumulations, icing and ice prevention methodologies and system, minimizing icing related problems on power lines, icing related challenges on on-shore, and offshore vessels and installations, and other cold climate challenges. We have an expert panel of consultants. We are also working on the 24/7 real time icing monitoring services for both onshore and offshore vessels and structures.
We are also providing consultancy in digital twinning, IoT based solutions, socio-economic and socio-technical analysis, life cycle carbon footprint analysis (LCA), CFD analysis, 2D/3D mechanical design (CAD), and multiphysics analysis.
This service aims to develop innovative technology solutions for sustainable growth in the Arctic. We do this by writing joint business and research proposals, in collaboration with both public and private sector organizations and companies. After we get funding we hire expert teams who then develop technology solutions with the collaborators. We also get engaged in commercialization through our Arctic Business Network Service. Our EU PIC Code is 893532088.
We envision to collaborate with both public sector and private sector organization and companies, to create an environment where innovation becomes a business as-usual activity. We want to democratize innovation which means that an atmosphere shall be created in an organization where smart supplier can actually supplement the smart people in an organization.
As an output we collaborate with public and private companies and institutions to register subsidiary companies.
